We will do our best to package and ship your order within one to three business days. Items should be at your door within three to seven calendar days anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Please call for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. We do not currently ship to foreign locations.
Shipping and handling charges are based on dollar amounts rather than actual weight of individual items. We ship via USPS only. All in Stitches is not responsible for packages once they have been mailed.
Method of Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, as well as local checks, cash, cashier’s checks, and money orders (U.S. funds only).
Please contact All in Stitches before returning an item to tell us why you wish to make a return. Shipping charges will be negotiated at time of approval. All goods must be returned in their original state, including fabrics, which must not have been washed, dyed or cut.
All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Books and Patterns cannot be returned for any reason.
